Bianca Rubim is an architect and urban planner who graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 2005, with an additional specialization in Architecture for Healthcare Environments from the same institution in 2007. She works primarily in commercial, corporate, and industrial architecture, creating feasibility studies, conceptual designs, legal permits, and construction drawings for office buildings and industrial facilities. Her experience in interior design covers every stage of a project, from concept to completion.
Among her standout works is the project for GB Armazéns Gerais, a leading company in industrial condominiums in Rio de Janeiro, with more than 310,000 m² of planned built area.
She has participated in exhibitions such as Casa Cor 2005, in collaboration with other professionals, and earned recognition through awards like “Um Sonho de Banheiro – Deca” (2005) and an Honorable Mention at the 46th Annual Architects Awards (2008) in the Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional category, for the Cargo Center Washington Luiz II Warehouse Condominium.
From 2007 to 2023, she was a partner at Stilo Arquitetura, focusing on project development and construction supervision.
In 2023, she founded BRAF Arquitetura, consolidating her professional trajectory through a structured and strategic approach to market positioning. Under her leadership, the firm manages all stages of the project lifecycle — from feasibility analysis to construction execution — including the preparation of bidding documents and the assessment of technical criteria for contractor selection, ensuring full alignment with the project’s guiding principles and parameters.
